1. The Works

  • Are these original artworks?
    Yes. We curate original works, ranging from hand-painted pieces to original art prints (such as limited edition lithographs or etchings). Whether it is a one-of-a-kind painting or a signed numbered print, every piece in our collection is an authentic creation from its time
  • Do you offer framing services?
    Most of our works come with their original vintage frames to preserve their history. If a piece is unframed, it will be clearly stated in the description. At this time, we do not offer custom framing.
  • Can I request more photos or videos?
    Absolutely.  Since we curate vintage and historical pieces, each work carries its own story and signs of time. We provide a general condition note in the product description, highlighting any significant features or wear.

Please understand that minor aging, such as small nicks on the frame, is part of the work’s character. If you’d like to see more before deciding, we are always happy to send you detailed photos for a closer look

 

2. Shipping & Security

  • How do you ensure the painting arrives safely?
    We use professional-grade cushioning and reinforced crating specifically designed for art. All shipments are fully insured. In the rare event of transit damage, we will handle the insurance claim for you.
  • Which carrier do you use?
    We ship exclusively via UPS from Taiwan to ensure the fastest and most reliable global delivery.
  • How much is international shipping?
    Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the piece. 

3. Orders & Returns

  • Why don't the works come with a COA (Certificate of Authenticity)?
    As we acquire pieces from the secondary market (vintage finds and estate sales), modern certificates often do not exist. We rely on physical evidence—artist signatures, original gallery labels, and provenance—to verify authenticity.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once the artwork is in transit, all sales are final.
  • What if I change my mind after receiving the work?
    Due to the delicate and unique nature of vintage art, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We are happy to provide all necessary details before your purchase to ensure it's the right piece for your home.
