How to Acquire

1. Provenance & Authenticity 


We prioritize the history and soul of every work. Most pieces in our collection feature the artist’s original signature, and many retain original gallery labels on the back of the frame, serving as a testament to their journey.

Please note:  As these are vintage and secondary market finds, they do not come with a modern Certificate of Authenticity (COA). We believe the physical evidence on the work itself tells its truest story. Detailed photos a are always available upon request to ensure you are confident in your acquisition.

 

2. Secure Payment & Insurance 


We accept payments through PayPal, ensuring a secure transaction for international collectors. For your peace of mind, all shipments are fully insured at no extra cost to you, covering the value of the artwork in the rare event of transit issues.


3. Professional Packing & Global Shipping 


We handle all packing in-house with professional-grade materials.

  • Carrier: Worldwide shipping via UPS with full tracking.
  • Lead Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and Taiwan public holidays).
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, international delivery typically takes an additional 5–10 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

 

4. Customs & Duties 

  • Responsibility: These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Verification: Since tax laws vary significantly by country, we recommend checking with your local authorities before placing an order. We cannot predict or control these additional costs.
  • Note for US Collectors: Most original hand-painted artworks enter the United States duty-free under HS Code 9701. However, local processing fees or state taxes may still apply.

 

5. Return Policy & Damage Claims


Due to the unique and historic nature of vintage art, all sales are final. However, your acquisition is protected:

  • Unboxing Recommendation: To ensure your interest is fully protected, we highly recommend recording a video while unboxing your package. This serves as vital evidence in the rare event of transit issues.
  • 3-Day Reporting Window: In the event of transit damage, please contact us with clear photos and the unboxing video within 3 days of delivery.
  • Our Resolution: We take full responsibility for coordinating with the carrier and insurance provider. Once the damage is verified through your records, we will handle the claim process to resolve the issue for you.
